By purchasing, downloading, or using Deezy, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them. They're written in plain English and kept as short as reasonably possible.
Deezy is a macOS software bundle developed and sold by Audio Branding Inc. ("we," "us," or "our"), a company based in Texas, United States. Deezy includes VoiceClean, Media Downloader, Media Converter, Clipboard Time Machine, Instant Edit, Pockets, SpellCheck, and Mission Control, plus any additional tools released during your active update period.
Upon purchase, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use Deezy on up to three (3) Mac computers that you own or control.
This license is for your personal or professional use only. You may not:
Your purchase includes all updates, improvements, and new tools we ship during the 12 months following your purchase date. After that period, Deezy continues to work exactly as it did — you simply won't receive new updates unless you renew.
We do not guarantee any specific update schedule or that any particular feature will be added during your update period.
If you're not satisfied with Deezy for any reason, contact us within 30 days of your purchase date and we'll issue a full refund. No questions asked. After 30 days, all sales are final.

Deezy requires macOS 13 Ventura or later. Certain tools — specifically VoiceClean's AI pipeline — perform best on Apple Silicon (M1 or later) and may not function correctly on Intel-based Macs. We make this clear before purchase and it does not constitute grounds for a refund beyond the 30-day window.
Deezy, including all of its code, design, graphics, documentation, and the "Deezy" name and mark, are the exclusive intellectual property of Audio Branding Inc. and are protected by United States and international copyright law.
Your license to use Deezy does not transfer any ownership or intellectual property rights to you. All rights not explicitly granted in these Terms are reserved by Audio Branding Inc.
Media Downloader is provided for personal, non-commercial use only. You are solely responsible for ensuring that any content you download complies with applicable laws and the terms of service of the platforms you access. Audio Branding Inc. is not liable for any misuse of Media Downloader.
Deezy is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, except as described in the 30-day money-back guarantee above. We do not warrant that the software will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every configuration of macOS or third-party software.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Audio Branding Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use Deezy, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of Deezy shall not exceed the amount you paid for the software.
Your license terminates automatically if you violate any of these Terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of Deezy and destroy all copies in your possession. Sections 6, 8, 9, and 11 survive termination.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Texas.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of Deezy after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
